Files are usually back within 30 minutes during desk hours. File desk hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm; Saturday, 9am to 4pm; Sunday, closed (UK time).
You top up credit in the portal, and each file uses credit. There's no subscription and no monthly fee.
